Reading scores does not require an account. Some optional features and service providers process data as described below. Last updated: October 1, 2026.
Theme, voice and language preferences are stored in your browser. When you use Zaap chat, up to eight recent messages (up to 500 characters each) are sent to our server and Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a response. The site code does not save chat message bodies in its database. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Voice input uses your browser's speech recognition, which may process audio through the browser provider. The resulting text is sent as a chat message. Spoken replies use your browser's speech synthesis. Microphone access is optional and controlled by your browser.
Poll totals and a hashed IP-based voting identifier are stored to limit repeat voting; voting identifiers expire after 30 days. Chat rate limits use a hashed IP identifier stored for up to five minutes and site-wide daily counts for up to 48 hours. If you enable match alerts, we store your browser's push subscription endpoint and selected match until you unsubscribe. Cloudflare hosts this site and processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Provider logging and retention are governed by their own policies.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. Other ad networks may also use cookies when serving ads through Google.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and learn about third-party advertising opt-outs at AboutAds. See Google's advertising information for details. Browser settings also let you manage cookies. Where consent is required, advertising must respect your consent choices.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. We use aggregate reports, not a ScoreZaap user-account profile. Service providers process information to run hosting, AI responses, analytics, notifications and advertising; this is different from selling your information.
Read Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. Your browser provider's policy covers its speech services.
